IRS - Where's My Refund ? (and "Where's My Rebate?") - The IRS has a quick link to trace your tax refund on their home page. Please check the IRS Refund page before calling our offices for status on your tax refund.
John Hancock Funds - To access your investments held directly at John Hancock Funds, please click on the link. If you do nIf you have not obtained your login and password information, please contact John Hancock directly at (800) 225-5291 or access their 24-hour automated service to access your account information at (800) 338-8080.
My Wells Fargo Mortgage (accessed via your online WellsFargo bank login) - To access your Wells Fargo Mortgage online, you must first login to your Wells Fargo Bank account online, then click on the mortgage tab to link your existing access of your Wells Fargo Bank account with your Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, or call (800) 734-4028. PAYMENT INFORMATION: If you have just made a deposit on the 15th of the month and its not available for you to pay your mortgage online via an online transfer, remember you can still call Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as late as 8pm PST to request that they debit your checking account tomorrow but post the payment tonite to avoid paying late fees on your mortgage. Please call Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Customer Service at (800) 734-4028.
